Exclusive License for Commercial Use
Description : This license grants the LICENSEE (Buyer) the exclusive right to commercial use of the design.
– Print run : There is no limit to the print run for production or distribution during the license period.
– Term of Validity : The license is valid for **5 years**, starting from the date of purchase. After this period, the LICENSEE (Buyer) may choose to renew the license to maintain exclusive rights.
Exclusive Benefits :
– During the term of this agreement, Rosy Lime Studio will not license the design to other clients, guaranteeing the LICENSEE (Buyer) total exclusivity in the market.
The LICENSEE (Buyer) may incorporate the design into products intended for sale, advertising campaigns, or other commercial uses, provided that they comply with the terms of this agreement.
X Restrictions :
Sublicensing, reselling, or distributing the design in its original form is not permitted.
Unlimited Commercial Use License WITHOUT Exclusivity
Unlimited products for sale. Files in (JPEG + Photoshop) or (JPEG + Illustrator) format, depending on the seamless pattern you choose.
Description : This license allows the LICENSEE (Buyer) to use the design for commercial purposes, but without exclusivity .
– Maximum Print Run : There is no limit to the print run for production or distribution of the design during the license period.
– Term of Validity : The license is valid for **5 years**, starting from the date of purchase. After this period, the LICENSEE (Buyer) must renew the license to continue using the design.
X Restrictions :
– Unlimited production. The design can be used by other Rosy Lime Studio clients, as it is not exclusive.
Sublicensing, reselling, or distributing the design in its original form is not permitted.
